

Karen's Super Easy Beef & Lentil Slow Cooker Curry
This is a simple but delicious curry – full of amazing flavours & meltingly tender beef. It’s so nutritious, packed full of onions to give your immune system a real boost. Perfect served with mango chutney, lime pickle or raita
Serves: 4
Cook time: 5 hours
Ingredients
- 2 onions quartered
- 500g beef cubed (I used topside)
- Tin of chopped tomatoes
- Tin of lentils drained
- 4 tablespoons of marinade
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
Method
Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker & cook on low for 5 hours & that’s it!
NOTES
If you would like more sauce, simply add more chopped tomatoes or dissolve a beef stock cube in 200ml of water & add at the start of cooking time
