Karen's Spicy Chicken Wings

I have to say, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love these spicy chicken wings, follow the notes below & you will be amazed with the all-important zing these wings create! Great party & barbecue food or as a tasty snack … delve right in with your fingers & devour!

Method

Pre-heat your oven to 220 degrees & place the wings into a small roasting dish, add the marinade & mix well until all are coated & cook for 15 minutes. Take out from the oven & using a fish slice, coat & turn them all until they are evenly coated with the residue & place back into the oven for 10 more minutes or until lightly charred & thoroughly cooked.

If you can wait & I promise you it’s worth it, leave to rest for at least 20 minutes basting occasionally with the juices so the wings are thoroughly coated

NOTES

If you cannot wait the extra time, please serve in a bowl & mop up the juices with some crusty bread, naan or chapati … you will not be disappointed with this tip!
