I’ll be honest, these succulent juicy prawns often don’t reach the plate in the Crave kitchen! On the rare occasion that they do, they are delicious served up in a hot, buttery jacket potato as one suggestion, amazing added to a fish pie, with pasta … so many different ways to enjoy this tasty treat. How would you eat yours?
Heat a frying pan or wok on a medium heat then add the oil & heat for a few seconds, add the prawns followed by the marinade & cook until pink (approximately 4 minutes). Garnish if desired with coriander … amazing!
NOTES
Add noodles, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, chopped spinach & a tub of creme fraiche or quark to the pan & warm through for a delicious low fat meal!
