We didn’t eat much fish in our house until I started making this! The family just love it. The marinade adds incredible depth and flavour without taking away the delicate taste of the fish. It’s now regularly featured on the weekly menu in the Crave kitchen.
Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees & place the fish fillet onto a lightly greased, foil lined baking tray or roasting dish.
Coat the top of the fillet with the marinade & garnish with chopped fresh or dried parsley. Place in the oven, uncovered & cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked as all ovens vary
NOTES
Try with new potatoes in parsley butter, carrots & asparagus tips too, oh & don’t forget the dip!
