Karen's Gammon Soup
I love this recipe … there is nothing that gives me more pleasure than making something else from what’s left over from one of my other dishes. At Crave we are very passionate about food waste & this delicious soup ensures that there is absolutely no waste from my Gammon Joint recipe

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Gammon joint stock
- 2 tablespoons quark
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- Dash of single cream (optional)
- Gammon shreds for garnish (optional)
Method
Add the quark & puree to the hot gammon stock from my Gammon Joint recipe & blend until smooth with a blender.
Add a dash of cream if desired & garnish with the gammon shreds … absolutely amazing!
