Karen's Sweet Potato Wedges

Chunky wedges perfect as an accompaniment or on their own with your favourite dip. Serve, stand back & wait for the empty plates!

Pre-heat your oven to 220 degrees & cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, coat in the olive oil, mix well then coat with the marinade. Arrange in a single layer onto a lightly greased, foil lined baking tray or parchment paper & pop in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes turning half way.
