Karen's Turkey Casserole
After the stresses & strains of Christmas day, this is a delicious casserole using any left over turkey from your Christmas lunch. What better way than this to just relax & let the slow cooker & the marinade do the work!

Cooking Time: 4 hours
Ingredients
- 500g cooked turkey
- Tin of chopped tomatoes
- 220ml turkey or chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons marinade
- 3 heaped tablespoons tomato puree
- 2 carrots thinly sliced
- 2 large potatoes cut very small
- Handful of frozen peas
Method
Place everything into your slow cooker & cook on high for 4 hours. Delicious with crusty bread & butter!
