Karen's Amazing Tandoori Dip

My daughter Bethany gave me this idea & I was amazed when we first tried it! We love it so much in the Crave Marinades kitchen we have it always ready-made in the fridge in a squeezy sauce bottle! At every Taste Event, we love to share this on strips of pitta bread & it’s a hit with everyone, so delicious & unique, you won’t find it anywhere in the world (unless you make it of course!)

This really is the mother of all dips …

Preparation Time: 2 minutes

RECIPE CHANGE

Heat the marinade in a very small microwaveable container (egg cup or similar) on full power for 30 seconds (don’t worry about how it looks when cooked) then when cool, add to your mayo! Multiply the quantities to make a bigger batch increasing the cooking time at 30 second intervals.

Delicious with crisps, snacks & breadsticks … steak, pork chops, pizza & vegetables, lovely with new potatoes & salmon too in fact anything savoury!

Serve immediately

NOTE

Make up your marinade first as instructed on the back of the pouch & cook the marinade for longer if making a bigger batch until piping hot or at least 75º

For a lighter version simply replace the mayo with creme fraiche or quark … delicious! Vegan adaptable too!
