My daughter Bethany gave me this idea & I was amazed when we first tried it! We love it so much in the Crave kitchen we have it always ready-made in the fridge in a squeezy sauce bottle! At every Crave Taste Event, we love to share this on strips of pitta bread & it’s a hit with everyone, so delicious & unique, you won’t find it anywhere in the world (unless you make it of course!)
This really is the mother of all dips …
Simply mix the two together & that’s it! Multiply the quantities to make a bigger batch (keep refrigerated)
Delicious with crisps, snacks & breadsticks … steak, pork chops, pizza & vegetables, lovely with new potatoes & salmon too!
Serve immediately
NOTE
Make up your marinade first as instructed on the back of the pouch
For a lighter version simply replace the mayo with creme fraiche or quark … delicious! Vegan adaptable too!
