This is a great buffet dish or as a Saturday night sharing snack & so easy to make too! You will find the hash browns in the freezer section of your local supermarket
Cook your hash brown bites as instructed … I always use a lightly greased, foil lined baking tray or roasting dish making sure they are in a single layer.
For the dip, simply heat the marinade in a small container (egg cup or similar) in the microwave on full power for 1 minute mixing thoroughly half way through the cooking time & when cool, mix the marinade with your usual mayo!
NOTE
You can alter the strength of the dip to your personal taste by using less or more marinade & for a lighter version, swap your mayo for creme fraiche or quark!
Don’t worry about how the marinade looks when cooked … this is normal
