"When Karen from Crave Marinades kindly sent me a batch of her famous marinade, I could not wait to try it. Amazingly fragrant, I used it with yogurt to marinate chicken pieces which I cooked in the oven. Then I made an impromptu curry with stock, onions, tomatoes and coconut milk. A super easy way to cook, it was heavenly delicious, rich but light at the same time and now I am a converted addict of Karen's Crave Marinades."
