Karen's Spicy Quorn Fillets

A couple of years ago I was asked to make a Quorn dish as a vegetarian option for the cast members of a film being produced in Manchester. This had to be something quick & not too complicated as it was a very short break so we served these cut into strips with dips. The feedback was fabulous with one member quoting them as the nicest vegetarian dish she had ever had!

Method

Coat the whole fillet with one teaspoon of marinade & cook as instructed

NOTES

Try whole with sweet potato mash, asparagus & carrots

Delicious in salads too! Simply cut each fillet when cooked into bite sized pieces & add to a mixed leaf salad with a balsamic dressing, cucumber & tomato chunks
